Technology meets design –

deck covering for boats – made of cork

It is particularly important to us that you are fully involved in the creation process of your new deck covering from start to finish. Please feel free to share your creativity with us.

Bathing platform or entire deck - you determine the level of expansion

Our innovative planning and production method gives you the opportunity to order partial deck coverings.
It is possible to add further areas later – at any time.

With our unique 3D-Laser equipment we measure your vessel completely by the first time we meet and are thus able to respond to further cork deck upgrades – without any additional effort.

This saves costs and time!

Digital Workflow - from the idea to completion

1. measurement

We create a 3D scan and photorealistic survey of the ship on site from multiple perspectives.

2. planning

Based on the 3D scans, the design of the deck is created on the ship model.

3. production

Fully automatic production of decking, jointing, cutting and finishing - ready for laying.

4. laying

The deck surface is prepared for the installation of the cork covering, if necessary painted or even just sanded - depending on the hull material and the condition of the surfaces. After that, the laying takes place.

5. service

Even after installation, we take care of you and your new cork deck:
Repair service, maintenance and extension.

We use only the best raw materials

We procure our maritime cork exclusively from the market leaders, always taking large batches from one manufacturing process. This enables us to ensure consistent premium quality for our yacht decks.
We also leave nothing to chance when it comes to the additional materials required, such as primer, joint compound or adhesive, but work with the best manufacturers of these products.
This concentration ultimately gives you, above all, the security of being able to enjoy your cork deck for many years to come.

Very short realisation time

Your yacht should be in the water and ready for you to use during your valuable free time, rather than spending weeks in the shipyard.

Unfortunately, even with us it won’t be possible to do this completely without taking possession of your yacht, but the fully integrated and innovative planning and production process enables very short realisation times compared to classic teak or plastic coverings.

The coverings leave our factory perfectly prefabricated and preassembled. Adjustments to the ship are virtually no longer necessary. Depending on the size and design of the deck covering, we are talking about 5-8 working days in which the ship is partially or completely blocked. Partial deck coverings can be realised in even less time.
Getting the ship out of the water is normally only necessary for a short time to prepare the ship and lay the decking. This saves costs and time.

All this also allows the realisation of a new deck covering during the season.
Starting with the 3D laser scan, we plan and design the individual deck covering for your yacht completely digitised.

This technology allows you to commission a complete or partial reproduction of your cork deck covering for renewal or repair at any time.

The new partial piece of your yacht’s deck will be shipped to you or the partner-shipyard that will carry out the work on the vessel within a few days.

5. After Sales
